We want your stay to be as relaxing as possible and we know that excellent organization is the key to success.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

All changes and cancellations can be made according to the cancellation policy stipulated at the time of booking.

In case of no-show the whole amount of the booking will be charged.

In case of early departure, guests could be charged at most 3 nights for stays longer than 3 nights; for stays until 3 days could be charged 100% of the total amount of unused nights.

What time is check - in?

Your room will be ready starting at 3 pm.

 

Our reception is open until 7 pm. In case you arrive after this time, there is no problem, we will explain how to self check-in in complete autonomy and safety.

When is check - out time?

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00.

 

It is possible to book late check-out and be able to stay in the room until 2 pm (service possible only on request and subject to availability).

Can I leave my suitcase even after check-out?

We are pleased to offer our guests the option to store their luggage at our reception even after check-out, allowing you to make the most of your time before departure.

Kindly note that, to ensure optimal space management and facilitate incoming guests, the assigned parking space must be vacated by no later than 2:00 PM on the day of departure.

Additionally, access to the common areas and the garden will be available until 2:00 PM to avoid overlaps and ensure that every guest can enjoy their stay in complete tranquility.

Where can i park my car?

We have a reserved parking for our customers, a parking space for each room.

 

If you have special parking needs, please contact us.

Is there an Internet connection?

There is a free WIFI connection throughout the hotel.

 

Upon check-in we will give you your login credentials.

Are pets allowed?

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed but our accommodation in Torbole sul Garda is absolutely PETFRIENDLY here is the link https://en.barcelli.com/
